This evening event introduces Three Jewels Qi Gong and Medical Longevity Qi Gong.

Medical Longevity Qi Gong specifically focuses on improving physical health and wellness by eliminating blockages, rigidity, and disease through gentle physical movements and synchronized breathing. This form easily accommodates a beginner with limited flexibility, as well as an advanced student.

The Three Jewels Qi Gong class series will focus on opening, balancing and cultivating qi (energy). You will start with a set of movements that open every joint in your body, releasing stuck energy. Then you will learn the “Microcosmic Circulation Meditation,” which brings you more balance and harmony. Lastly, you will learn an energy cultivation form called “Taiji Ruler.”
