In this course, participants will learn the Eight Pieces of Brocade, a specific system of Qi Gong that, through a series of body-opening movements, cleanses, accumulates, and circulates energy in the mind/body system for health, healing, and longevity. The course will address the particular application of these principles for healthcare providers and other professionals, offer specific suggestions for personal practice, and share insight from current scientific Qi Gong-related research.
