I Can't Believe I Ate the Whole Thing!

The Art and Science of Making Health Decisions

Free Event

Thursday, September 20, 2012
6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.

Sometimes our best intentions go mysteriously awry when confronted with temptation. Ever eaten an entire pint of ice cream after a week of meticulously counting calories? Do you find yourself parked in front of the TV after work instead of going to yoga class? In this free presentation, we will discuss the effect of the environment and the psychology, genetics, and physiology behind making health decisions. The role of health educators in the decision-making process will be explored. Presented by Julie Luht, Master Certified Health Education Specialist.

An information session about Tai Sophia Institute’s master’s degree in Health Education and Integrative Health will follow the program.
