Going through the Master of Arts in Transformative Leadership and Social Change (formerly Applied Healing Arts) at Tai Sophia is something you first do for yourself and then you express out to the world. You’ve already taken the first step by choosing to find out more.

• The Transformative Leadership and Social Change program is a three-year program delivered in an executive weekend format, beginning with a nine-month program devoted to transformative leadership and culminating with an independent project of your choice. Graduates have made dramatic impacts in the areas of business, engineering, law, pediatric care, teen/adolescent counseling, sustainability and the environment, education, and more.
• This is a master's degree program for business executives, healthcare professionals, career changers, executive coaches, and anyone who has a desire to make the most of their own gifts and talents.

You will gain the knowledge and skills to create positive change in people's lives, in the workplace, and in the larger world.
