Now Enrolling for January and September 2012

There’s no doubt that food plays a vital role in our lives. What we eat can determine whether we feel our absolute best…or worst. Our new Nutrition and Integrative Health master’s degree program, the first of its kind, teaches nutrition from both a holistic and integrative perspective. It explores the biochemical, physiological, medicinal, psychosocial, and cultural aspects of how food affects human health. Through hands-on, experiential learning, you'll prepare healing recipes using whole, seasonal foods, learn a mindful approach to eating, and learn how to motivate behavior change through nutritional consultations. Gain an in-depth knowledge of how food choices impact a client's health and nutritional status and the health of our environment.

This popular program prepares graduates for a variety of nutrition and wellness careers and to sit for the Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) exam.
